• + Step 3: Submit an Application

  Completing the online admission application formalizes your decision to pursue Moravian Academy for your child. Application fee is $70, payable at the time of application.

  
  

  Submit an application by January 26, 2024 for First Round Admission. 

  
  

  First Round Admission applicants who have completed all of the required steps and who have submitted required documentation will be notified of an admission decision March 8, 2024 or shortly thereafter.  

  
  

  As space allows, admission applications submitted after January 26, 2024 will be evaluated on a rolling basis as they become complete.

• + Step 4: Student Visit

  To discuss the opportunity for your student to spend time on one of our campuses or to shadow a current Moravian Academy student, contact the Director of Admission at the respective campus(es) you are considering.

• + Step 6: Submit Report Cards, Progress Reports, or Transcripts

  • Preschool, PreKindergarten and Kindergarten applicants - Please submit a progress report from your child’s current school or childcare program, if applicable.
  • Grades 1-8 applicants - Please submit the most recent current year report card, as well as end-of-year report cards for up to two years previous.
  • Grades 9-12 - The Parent Waiver and Transcript Request Form enables your child’s current school to release his/her records to Moravian Academy. Please fill out the upper portion and give it to your child’s current school. It will be sent directly back to us and kept confidential.

• + Step 8: Apply for Financial Aid (Optional)

  Moravian Academy’s need-based financial aid is designed to assist families who could not otherwise afford the whole cost of tuition. Financial aid decisions are made by the Financial Aid Committee and are separate from the decision of the Admissions Committee. An application for financial aid does not affect an applicant’s opportunity to be admitted to the school. 
  
  Families interested in applying for financial aid should do so simultaneously with the school application process.
